We love our patio lounge set we ordered! The set is exactly what we hoped for in comfort and quality. I also found the customer service I receive from the beginning of my order to the end was excellent.

Take the good with the bad

When it comes to Wicker park it really is important to separate the experience 1) product: is excellent we love the furniture , its nice, comfortable and good quality materials 2) Customer Service: This is where the company had big challenges. Totally unresponsive to the delays on my orders and often never gave me any guidance or timeline for when my product would come. There is no live number to call them and everything is done via email and went weeks without a response. overall we are happy with what we got and there is real value in the purchase. I wish the customer service element was better but at the end of the day we are still happy.
