Replacement

Was at the end of my warranty and mine broke ( was from HEAVY use, 12 hours a day every other 7 days straight) and they replaced them no questions asked even though it was from heavy use over the last year most likely. I plan on buying them from here on out on comfort and protection alone but that was the cherry on top!

Work as indicated

Overall very happy with them. I would caution that you really do have to turn the volume up more than the ads lead you to believe. At least for running my walk behind mower. That said I am very satisfied with them.

Good Product

Awesome replacement for the cheap 3M foam ear buds that hurt my ears. These are comfy enough to wear for long hours and the sound/noise reduction is verifiably accurate. Customer service is great if you have questions and things, they responded to me within an hour or couple days.
