Love these bars. They give ample amount of protein without any junk. I have a stash I keep at work for my snack in between meals. Great product!

I’ve bought IQ bars before and I really like the banana nut in this selection. It’s wonderful with a cup of coffee in the evenings.

I'm not always a fan of protein bars for a variety of reasons - too chalky/waxy/chewy/ hard as a rock taste artificial, has a laundry list of ingredients that make it very unhealthy . I could keep going. I heard an ad for these on the Liz Moody podcast as I need healthier on-the-go options with a lot of upcoming work travel. I went for each of the lovers boxes to see which flavors landed most. HOLY COW - I am so delighted by these! I started with Banana Nut and it genuinely tastes like a banana nut muffin, rather than that gross artificial banana taste. Onto Wild Blueberry, which tastes like a blueberry muffin. I'm surprised because I like Almond Butter Chip even more than Peanut Butter Chip! I still have to try the rest. I haven't noticed any of the mental effects but the taste, protein, and texture are worth it. I'll be continuing to enjoy the rest of the flavors I haven't tried and will keep ordering
