All Night Long Key

Came way darker and rusty looking than pictured. On the actual key I received there’s this dark spot right in the middle that makes it kind of hard to read what it says on one side of it. I also reached out twice (once the day the order was placed and then again a day before delivery) to ask if they had a holiday return policy in place since my entire order is a Christmas gift for new homeowners (and their site states they only take returns 7 days after delivery) and I never heard back so customer service kinda sucks.
