Purchase was Very Expensive Mistake

After selecting 3 Star & fans from Home Depot catalog with no notice that they used only mrgr. specific extention rods that Home Depot does not even sell, I finally completed the order of 3 directly from Star fans. The electrician says their is not enough extra cord length to install them, but he will try. The down rods are too long as and I will need to exchange them and pay the electrician to come again.

No customer service access

Directions didn’t include how to change to longer downrod. I figured that out but ran into hiccups with installation: lack of specifics in the instructions and long screws attaching the mount to the junction box didn’t fit. There was no customer service phone number on the paperwork nor could I found one after attempting an online search. SENR an email in the AM and still haven’t heard back. I’m sad and exhausted and dedicated the better part of the day to this so am really disappointed by the outcome.

Terrible

This is a review for this company. Their customer service is appalling. I was supposed to receive my fan in July. I did not receive it until September, and even then, it came without the down rod. Now I have questions about the down rod and cannot get ahold of anyone. I sincerely wish I had never ordered from this company, and I advise you not to, either.
