Damaged and no response from EH

Terrible customer service is a baseline for EH. The expensive bread baker cracked after a month of occasional use. Called/emailed and pm on IG and yet to get one response re the warranty on this product. I have attempted 8 times to contact customer service and zero response! What is the purpose of a warranty if there is no one who responds from??

Perfect

Used the baker with the artisan bread recipe that came with the baker. It was perfect - the crumb, the crust, and the golden color.
