Ever since I discovered Smart Sweets a few months ago, I've been OBSESSED. I have such a sweet tooth, so having a candy that I don't have to feel guilty about and still tastes delicious is just like...where have you been all my life?!

Amazing - Whole Foods version better though

So this is my 2nd favorite candy now, after the Sour Blast Buddies. Smart Sweets are amazing though and really help cut the sugar cravings. One thing to note is that Whole Foods sells a different version. It seems like the bag is just bigger but the recipe is also changed. The Whole Foods watermelon ones taste better imo, but the recipe is different with less fiber. Technically its the same amount of calories per serving, but I find myself eating more because the whole foods bag is bigger so I still prefer this original recipe with the 13g fiber per serving vs like 3-4g per serving in the Whole Foods version. Great candy though, I pretty much quit all candy and just eat some Smart Sweets after a meal. Make sure to try the Sour Blast Buddies as well. I've tried everything and only the gummy worms and gummy bears taste kinda plain/gross, everything else is good.

Sweetly sour

I cannot believe something this tasty has such a low calorie count! I love sour patch kids but hate how sugar heavy they are. This is a great option for the seeet/sour lovers!
