It's horrible it's a waste of money It doesn't work and they won't even return it unless you pay for shipping terrible customer service and they use pronouns..

The flavor does not absorb to the cotton well and can bearly taste it. Really wanted to work for me.

Excellent customer service & product
The product itself is great, I’m 100% happy with it. The customer service was awesome! I emailed them because I paid extra for shipping to receive my product in2-3 business days, but did not. They saw the problem and re sent the product and were amazing to deal with, however it took extra time and I understand things happen out of peoples control but feel I should’ve been reimbursed the shipping fee and only charged for standard shipping. I do not ask for that so maybe if I’d have asked, they’d have granted it but I figured since they saw the shipping I had requested, they’d have offered if it was an option. I would definitely recommend to others and order through them again in the future (but I’d just go with standard shipping). Great company, product and customer service!
