My first time ordering the process went perfect. I ordered a S4058SP-3 polished brass, spring tension closure. After installing the door hinge, I realized there were two spring tension hinges on the door. I re-ordered another spring tension hinge like the first and received 2 individual polished brass hinges and they were not spring tension door hinges. I called the phone number listed for your company and spoke with a woman. She told me I must have made a mistake. I sent these two items back and reordered the initial item S4058SP-3. This time I received a black in color hinge. I contacted your company and again spoke with your female person who I had talked with before. Needless to say I had chosen the wrong item and I decided to let the entire matter go. I am passing this along to you because I believe this was not my fault I feel it was the fault of the person filling the orders or maybe it’s no ones fault. But felt you should know. The woman from your company did offer to send me out another hinge in brass but I didn’t want to go through the re-packaging for a second time.
