The sleeves were defective, initially I was sent replacement collars. When that didn’t resolve the issue. They sent me new sleeves.

Replacement Parts Easily Obtained

I accidentally knocked my vest off a table. When it landed, both spindles and collars broke. I emailed the Team at Kensui and ordered replacement parts and they sent them to me without charge. I have had this vest for years and would have been happy to pay. Thanks Kensui!
