I’ve really enjoyed using this mini pie maker. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup easy. I originally bought it for mini pies, but it works great for other recipes too. I used it to make an Optavia-style muffin, and it turned out surprisingly well—cooked through, lightly browned, and easy to remove without sticking. It’s a nice option for portion-controlled or quick single-serve baking. It’s compact, easy to store, and simple to use. Great for quick snacks, meal plan recipes, or experimenting with small baked portions. Overall, a handy little kitchen gadget that performs better than expected for its size.

Uneven cooking

This is a cute item though it doesn’t cook the top crust evenly unless you overstuff the bottom to create a dome.
