I’ve really enjoyed using this mini pie maker. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup easy. I used it to make an Optavia-style muffin, and it turned out surprisingly well—cooked through, lightly browned, and easy to remove without sticking. Great for quick snacks, meal plan recipes, or experimenting with small baked portions. Overall, a handy little kitchen gadget that performs better than expected for its size.

Uneven cooking

This is a cute item though it doesn’t cook the top crust evenly unless you overstuff the bottom to create a dome.
