Pricey USA Product, and worth it

Great jack and service
I had emailed SJ with some problems I encountered with operating the jack and fully understanding the instructions, resulting in my damaging a part through no fault of theirs. They were immensely responsive and friendly, and took care of me. Can’t ask for much more!
