I bought the original lock on Amazon.And it was not available anymore , but I liked it so much that I bought it from the actual manufacturer's website. The Block oneI wanted wasn't in stock , but I accepted the silver one which was no big deal. The seller emailed me on A weekend when I had a question , when they weren't open which I thought was very nice of them, great customer service.

I have purchased over 50 of these from your company for one of our Assisted Living homes on Amazon which are no longer available, The pricing you currently have for direct purchases fall outside what our maintenance director has budgeted so unfortunately we are looking at alternatives to cover our needs going forward.
