Very unhappy customer
RE ORDER #99823: This morning I opened one of the two bags of Darjeeling tea, and as usual I smelled the aroma, and it smelled like dead grass. I made a cup of the tea and it tasted like dead grass. I opened the second bag and it smelled the same. I couldn't believe it as my previous (first order) with Golden Moon Tea) was excellent. I noted that neither bag had "use by" or "expires" dates, which the first order did have. Can't help but to think that the current two bags are old. I'm asked that you replace the current two bags or issue a credit to my Discover card (original method of payment) in the amount of $52.70. Please email me which you will do. Thank you.
