Gold standard service after sending me the incorrect size jacket. The pressure was on as we had a week to make the changeover from NZ to Australia before I was leaving to go over seas. The service out of the Christchurch store was exceptional, with them placing a high degree of trust in me getting the original jacket back to them. Can't thank nor praise them enough. Made the change over with 3 days to spare!! Can now test the jacket walking in the Highlands of Scotland - looking forward to some gnarly weather :)

The build quality and fit is unreal. Very happy with it. One thing that would top it off is a rubber or polypro cuff inside the sleeve to stop drips running up the arm. Missing that from my last few jackets but otherwise stoked.

Beautiful Jacket - hopefully is as waterproof as everyone says it is!!
