Not as flowy as expected and needs several adjustments

I had expected the Caroline to be flowy and able to contour itself to various body shapes. However, the large pads and internal boning on the bodice make it boxy and awkward on me. I plan to remove both, try it on again, and see if I need to make additional adjustments. The halter neck is also odd. It attaches to both the back and the front with snaps, which was initially confusing, but the strangest part is that the front snaps are visible and slightly twisted; I'm going to see if I can tack the fabric of the bodice over them to hide them. I had expected to need to hem the dress - I'm 5'5" and won't be wearing heels - but had not anticipated the additional adjustments.

Disappointed in the quality

I unfortunately had an overall negative experience. My dress started to come apart at the seams after the wedding (and we didn’t even dance). Also, the clips to hold the neckline in were not tightly sewn in and they easily show in the front. I spent a good bit of the wedding constantly rechecking to make sure they weren’t exposed. One of the seams to hide the clips was even poorly sewn together and unraveling from the first time I received the dress. I reached out to customer service and kindly voiced that I was concerned about the quality of the dress for what I paid for it and never received a reply. I was hopeful- it’s a beautiful design! But if you’re going to spend this much money on a dress I would recommend another design or company

Beautiful dress, but I tried to follow size guidelines and it was too big

I love the look of the the dress and the fabric is great quality. There's a built in padding in the bra area that I didn't realize would be there. With the way the straps are on the back, it's a little awkward to put on, especially once I get it taken in, but it's doable (and worth it)! I used my measurements to follow the size guidelines and the dress is far too big. I wish I would've followed my gut and went with the lower size, since ordering the size up felt wrong. I'm 5'1" and 140 lbs and went with the 8. The 6 probably would've been perfect. I should've done the trial dress before ordering, but hindsight is 20/20. I can't wait to get it taken in and hemmed and wear it at the wedding!
