I like the look and the function of the vent. I do not like thee method for securing the vent cover. The top mount has to be placed lower than the ceiling in order to hook the cover on it. That leaves a gap at the top. It would be better to have a bracket and holes in the vent cover to screw is to the bracket.

This hood is gorgeous and so modern looking. I have only plugged it in to test it but the fan works great at all three speeds and the light looks like it's perfect. I'm excited to get it installed in our renovated kitchen.
