Quality shoes. Not sure what's going on at Acopa.

These shoes are well built and I got them at a discount, so my complaint is secondary, but significant. From the time my order was placed until it was received was more than three weeks. That's fine, but what's not fine is the completely unresponsive posture of acopa. I didn't pester them, but they didn't respond to a single communication I tried to initiate starting two weeks after my order was acknowledged. In the end, nearly a month after ordering, asking if I needed to ask my credit card company for a charge-back was followed by an email three days later that a label had been created for shipping. Nice shoes for my wide feet (buy some barge cement for the delam issues) but regrettable service.
