I would recommend these guides to anyone remotely interested in finance. Restructuring can be intimidating at first, but it’s not rocket science, and Alex’s guides are the best (and most enjoyable) way to learn about RX. Give these a chance even if you do not intend to pursue RX. You will build comfort with the capital stack which helps in all IB/PE/HF roles, and might find yourself more intrigued than you think. If you ARE interested in restructuring, these guides are nonnegotiable. You will be able to get an offer if you read these.
