Terrible communication

I contacted the team several times about my order, received no response until the day before the event that I needed them for. Production and delivery takes considerably longer than what’s estimated on the website, so if you’re after anything in a hurry then you’ve been led into false sense of what’s possible. Be more honest and open about your production capacity and respond to emails from customers please! It’s not hard stuff. Your stickers are lush and I want to support you as an independent business. But it’s Really Hard when your customer service is this bad.
