Great service with exceptionally fast shipping of goods. Got my mug engraved plus a custom emblem and the shipping was still lightning fast. One word of caution, the mug is tough as nails but you best be tougher if you expect to hold on to it when you fill it with hot coffee. The handle conducts the heat pretty quickly so a little field craft with para cord is recommended.
