Custom ID Bracelet

While I would love to give my custom engraved bracelet five stars, I cannot. The engraved gold bar is beautiful….really beautiful. My issue is with the chain. It is teeny-tiny in weight. It is not hefty enough to counter-weight the gold bar and so the bar constantly falls and never stays on the top of my wrist. To make matters worse, the ring attached to the clasp opened and I -almost- lost the entire bracelet. Sooooo…. I brought the bracelet to a jeweler and am now paying a pretty penny to replace the chain and clasp to something more hefty.

I had two personalized bracelets made with our dad's signature on them. They are beautiful and everything I expected and more! One accidentally loosen and broke in the clasp. I emailed and heard back that day. The service was remarkable. My bracelet was fixed immediately at no charge. The other bracelet has not had any problems. Must have been a fluke, but the company was wonderful to work with and I am so happy with my purchases. I will be ordering again!
