Customer support was excellent. There was a mistake with my order and they rebuilt my custom window screens free of charge. Build quality of the custom screens is great. Highly recommend!

I had a stellar experience with shade screen solutions-for starters, they were wildly more affordable than any other company I could find, some of which the shipping was more than the screens themselves. My order arrived and there was an issue during transit (no fault of the company, just mishandled during shipping) and customer service told me I was welcome to use the ones I had received until my new ones arrived. When I went to install, I realized my measurements were just slightly off. I emailed customer service and they had the replacements altered to meet my needs.
