Shipping Process

Don’t offer 2 day shipping. You take so long to process it that 2 day turns into 6-8 days. Shop Amazon if you need filters for your tank and don’t waste money by buying from Waterbox. Five days after ordering filter socks from here I ordered off of Amazon and received my order from Amazon two days before the Waterbox order arrived. Do Not Order from here and if you do, don’t select two day shipping. You are wasting your money. For me personally, I will not order anything from here again.
