purchased two of these products, and both tubes were only filled about an inch, basically empty. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. There appears to be a serious problem with product fulfillment. Customers are supporting your business by purchasing your products, which are not cheap, and receiving underfilled items feels misleading and unfair. If the product is good, customers will continue to buy it but situations like this damage trust. Please address this issue and ensure customers are receiving the full value of what they pay for.

There was not enough product, it lasted approximately two weeks. It’s difficult to rate a product when there isn’t enough product.

Hard to get the cream one out and barely seems like anything is in it.
