This was exactly as I ordered. Fit was perfect and was easy to replace. And it shipped pretty fast considering the way things are today! Glad I have a place where I can find the parts I need. Awesome job guys!

This was very easy to install and corrected the trailer sway immediately. I was able to mount it on the left side of my trailer even though it is designed to go on the right. My trailer jack is on the right side so i had no choice. You will need a trailer ball with a longer shank once you add the plate. To mount on the left I just flipped the hitch plate over. The hitch plate is NOT included with the friction bar. It does make a bit of a grinding noise but apparently it is supposed to. I left the tension setting at the factory position and it was perfect. Very satisfied with this product.
