Great product and service

The product works very well and was in good condition. They even promptly came back again to help me set it up. Good customer service.. would recommend this company

Works as it should

Good! I think it's been a year at this point. Just needs the occasional tightening from time to time (think: several months), but it's just normal equipment maintenance, no biggie.

Damaged screw

The screw was damaged. Requested for replacement screw to be sent but did not hear back. Till today, the bench is still shaky without the screw.
