I ordered this hat for my bother in law for Christmas, but I waited to order it at the last minute...then after placing my order Austin from Live Me emailed me to let me know the color I chose was out of stock and I would need to choose a new color, but I did not see his email for another 2 days. At this point I was worried that the order would not arrive on time for our family Christmas party and I expressed my concern to Austin. I told him that I would be happy to pay for expedited shipping to guarantee that my package would arrive on time. Not only did they get my order to me several days before I needed it, but they DID NOT make me pay the extra for shipping (assuming there was an extra fee). I was very impressed with the response time when I contacted them thru email, the customer service, and with the products! Hands down a 5 star experience! Thank you to the Live Me team!

Hat is a perfect gift for my college student who loves his Maine mountains. Somewhat retro looking with the great SkiME logo. Will def buy more.
