Good customer service
I ordered a gift card to be sent to a friend for their birthday. The package wasn’t received by my friend even though UPS said it was delivered. Dave from Customer service quickly voided that gift card and sent another one. I appreciated the prompt resolution to an annoying situation.

Great employee!
I ordered gift cards online and thought I would receive the gift cards in the mail. I received an email with online gift cards. I spoke with a young man that was so helpful and nice and went above and beyond to make sure I would get the physical cards! Thank you!
