I like the craftsmanship so well I placed another order . It will take getting use to the angle and grind on the bowl gouge but everything else is awesome .

Great Lathe Tools

I’ve just started using the the Carter and Son Toolworks Ultimate Tool Set along with the 1-1/14” Roughing Gouge I purchased and the quality of the tools are very good. I certainly will adding more tools from C&STW to my collection.

My first traditional tools

Very sharp right out of the package! High quality and precision machining! This is going to be a new learning curve for me as I started my turning with carbide tools about a year ago. So far what I'm experiencing is a really nice finish, smoother finish than with carbide.
