Disappointed

I was looking forward to my new monitors, to replace a pair from ACS I'd had since 2013. But the new monitors are too big, too thick and go too deep in my ear. They are substantially larger than the old pair, and frankly uncomfortable. This is a substantial investment, and I'm really disappointed with the result.
