After having purchased an extra suitcase on not one but two trips, I found this packable duffel & it’s perfect. Easy to fold & pack & super durable. No more wasted expense on new bags

Beautiful bag

I love this bag, Yes, there are more technical options out there to fulfill specific needs but they are all so ugly, and I've searched extensively! This bag is pleasing to look at and doesn't have garish logos. I love it for solo travel or as an outing bag when at home. It's water resistant enough that my stuff doesn't get wet, the zippers don't open on their own, and the additional pockets are simple but well thought out. It survived an overcrowded gate check unscathed. Been using it for about 2 years, looks near brand new. Only thing is, there doesn't seem to be much of a difference in useable space between the expanded and unexpanded. The upper corners in the expanded setup is hard to access if the bag is already at max horizontal capacity.

Exceptional product, even better service

Beautiful, lightweight, wrinkle-free, functional simple, packable duffel. Only bag of its class in my opinion. The bag is a joy to use. However, the customer service I experienced from Maria and the team were truly next level. The product wasn’t expected to be crafted and shipped until after my planned trip. But to my surprise and delight, Maria and the team expedited the process and delivery to ensure I’d have it on my trip. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The only thing I can relate it to is something I’ve only seen on TV: The Bear Season 2 Episode 7 - “Forks” - the pizza scene (iykyk).
