Perfect for lifting and overall training but I did notice after two washes, the logo stuck on at the front and back of the pullover has started to peel off.

I really love this item! Slightly on the tighter side (M) - I'm a size 10/12 but that's the style. Very comfy and stylish. I would recommend!
