Sent and received quickly but came with a dent in one of the penguins. Took 4 attempts (both email and phone) to get a reply back - am sure communications were working from my side but was told they didn't receive anything. Afterwards, replacement came promptly but the other penguin had a dent in it. No fuss, since I could now make a working pair. Would buy again, though for the price, it is a little hassle to get it replaced.
