I have been a supporter/fan of Ansel Adams for the better part of 40 years. The photography is unmatched and the simplicity but yet stunning black & white images are incredible.

We lived in Santa Cruz from 1989 to 1993. On the weekends we would cruise HW 1 taking photographs all along the way. Somehow we missed this perspective of the California coast and Point Sur. We were happy to full that gap with Ansel Adam's own portrait of the coast.
