Seems to make a difference

Not really sure yet how this is working. I did a TON of research before even buying, to check on contraindications and side effects, etc. Found none. Got it and after a few days started noticing some changes. Like swollen ankles/feet and an 8-10 count increase in my heart rate. Stopped taking on the 12th day. Swelling and HR back to normal about 3-4 days later. I had noticed a bit of change in my belly area, maybe a tiny bit smaller and even a bit of a blood pressure drop. Enough to make me want to give it another go. Started taking again after a week off, but only every other day. No HR increase and only minimal swelling of ankles/feet. After about two weeks of EOD, noticed my face seems a bit slimmer, more belly changes and even changes around my knees. I feel a decrease in sugar-cravings. My husband mentioned that my shirts seem a bit looser now. My scale however says I'm GAINING weight, not losing. That's a bit distressing. Yesterday decided to try every day again, and by last night my feet were again swollen. HR holding steady so far. Will continue on every day and see how it goes. My body chemistry makes most drugs/supplements NOT work as intended so while I have hopes this WILL work, my "track record" may gain another tick in the "nope, doesn't work for me" column. Time will tell.
