Handset USB Power Cable

My remote control was not charging so I contacted Stewart o ask if they could send out a charge cable as that was what I thought the problem was. I was told that I have to book my handset in for a service! II complained and said I would not use stewart again. To their credit they then sent out a new cord the next day. On receipt of the cord my handset is now charging. I am happy now but why cause upset in the 1st place!
