Good lock, stores neatly, somewhat baffled by the included keys...please tell me where they go. Directions are limited.

Your customer service is the worst. I hate spent money with this company.

Too industrial

I think it’d be better if the metal was covered with some type of rubber or plastic to avoid scratching my bike.
