I love this stuff! I see muscle definition and I have muscle endurance. I just wish the bag was bigger for the price because I run out fast.

I love that this Creatine does not taste gritty. I'm feeling the difference in my workouts and my ability to lift more weight. However, I have not been great about taking it on my off days. I'm working on it though.
