Good Thrower

Purchased this thrower as a back up thrower for inexperienced shooters and thrower for small youth shooting events I do. Shipping was quick. The assembly instructions were terrible. For a non-shooter trying to put this together would be difficult. The thrower's first use was at out youth state tournament this past weekend. The thrower was placed under some low lying trees. It performed flawless all day for over 8 hours of use and over 150 youth shooting. Approximately 5-6 cases of clays were used and only a handful of those clays broke. So far the thrower does what it says it will do. I added a 100 foot extension cord to the pedal which worked great. What a bonus of not having to purchase an additional $125 specialty cord to move your thrower around for different presentations. The only thing I noticed that I wish was better is the power of the spring. For new shooters I want slow moving targets so they can hit it. I back the spring tension off all the way and the clay's speed was still a bot fast. Other than that no complaints so far.

Raven Automatic Trap

The directions on putting the trap together could be expanded on. Even an enlarged picture would help. I took it out today and it worked flawlessly. That was not unexpected because the quality of this company is well reflected in the many reviews. The foot control works great which is important for me as I rarely have someone shooting with me. This trap is exactly what I wanted and I highly recommend it.
