Great Stuff just a little challenging to access
The program is excellent. But somehow it needs to get a 2.0 in order to be able to access the videos easier rather that scrolling to find a time stamp on YouTube. It’s very time consuming to try and find a video each time to explain a new move. Especially on the phone. I’m not sure the answer but maybe a dedicated website with clips per day. Not sure. But I love the contempt for my 14 year old. He is decidedly better in 2 weeks

THREE X THREE
So far I'm only in Week 3 but have really loved it. I feel my tight space ability has really increased and it is similar to the 10,000 touch workout that Matt had posted a while back. I've already started seeing results on the pitch as well as my confidence increasing on the ball. Overall, would recommend.
