Tender and delicious

This cut is surprisingly tender and very flavorful. It cuts like butter, which is a vast difference from store-bought flat irons. We always enjoy putting one on the grill for a quick treat.

Grab'em when available

Seriously. This is an awesome cut. Super tender and great on the grill. Some top tier beef tacos can be made with this. Also, straight carnivore dinner for....one ;-) Add caramelized onions and sauted mushrooms and...yeah...why go out for steak, right? Love B7R....keeping it local.
