Santos Side Table
The base of the table is beautiful however the top of the table has one piece of wood that looks like a lot of filler was used. I contacted customer service and when I heard back from them, I was told they are not willing to do anything for me. They said this is a natural characteristic of oak wood, so each of these pieces are different and have their own characteristics. Due to this it isn't claimable as it isn't a defect.
I feel it makes the table look cheap/inexpensive and it is NOT worth the $1137.80 that I spent for it. I am forever going to try to hide that part of the table which defeats the purpose of trying to buy a beautiful table.
