The process of purchasing and receiving my hybrid bed and adjustable base was smooth. Excellent team came to set it up quickly. The mattress is amazing. I have had some of my best sleep of my life. Firm yet body forming. So glad I purchased it.

I have been working with Kaylee who is a tremendous asset for your company. She represents you well. However I yet do not have my mattress as it was to be believed on Oct 3. After many promises by XPO I should be receiving it tomorrow Thursday Oct 13. I have been sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch during that time. XPO does not represent your company well and can give it a bad reputation I’m looking forward to my to my first nights sleep on W 127. I did experience it at the Whitney a couple of years ago with good memories. Expecting the same tomorrow
