Rainbow cake

The cake was good. The colors were bright. There was too much icing. The cake was probably meant to be refrigerated because the icing was really soft at pickup. The cake slid off the bottom layer before we got home. It was heavily damaged. I called but was told that you couldn't touch up the cake if I returned because it was too late. I pushed the cake back and used wooden skewers stuck through it to stabilize. I then refrigrerated it which helped make it ore stiff. When I cut it later, it continued to fall apart and cutting was nearly impossible. I'm a surgeon, so I know how to cut things, and this couldn't be cut and stay together. The idea is grat and I appreciated the vegan gluten free nature of the cake, but the icing was way too much and way too sweet and made the cake unstable and uncuttable.

Wonderful Birthday cake, both admired and delicious. They kindly replaced the chocolate glaze with vanilla, much appreciated.

Cake was greet and the kids loved how it looked! A bit dense but definitely delicious Loved having a vegan option for the kids !
