I love these. The plate is my favorite. The only thing that keeps me from them 5 stars is the rub around my ankle near the Achilles tendon. Even with skate socks, it gets so bad, it can take me off skates for a few days...I wish there was more padding there because I have the same problem with the Renegade model. It makes it really hard to break in. If anyone has suggestions for me, I'd love to hear them because I love these skates, but I can't get down with them as much as I would like to.
