I absolutely love these, but for all of the underwear save for the boxers (I can't speak for the thong) the additional inserts were too big to fit in the gusset pouch. They bunched and I refused to put them in when I needed to wear them, it was too uncomfortable. Luckily, I didn't need them, and loved them otherwise. I saw a lot of people saying the underwear were a bit tight, but I didn't think so at all. Also, I wore these with a menstrual cup on my heavier days, but on my light/spotting days I could wear just these and be entirely fine. Just be aware that only the boxers have the blood catching gusset piece going all the way up the back if you need extra coverage!
