Vertical flags
I replace our vertical prayer flags about every nine or ten months or so. The bright colors and rippling sounds in our frequent strong winds are a constant companion to our gardens and hilltop home. I don't know what our rural neighbors make of it - probably think it's a Pride Flag - but it is a beautiful addition to our landscape, especially in winter. We have even found wisps of unraveled flag ends in birds' nests!
