The Warrantied Replacement became a lifesaver when my first ring vanished into thin air. What followed was a week of panic and self-imposed guilt that turned into relief with 3-6 days shipping. It's the same as my first, in every which way except emotionally. That's okay in my book.

Had to get a silicone band replaced and they are always fast to get it sent out with no issues! Arrived within a week of filing the warranty claim.

The ring is great- my husband loves it. He also likes that you sent a rubber ring for daily wear. It was so refreshing when we had a warranty issue to have it taken care of so quickly and without any hassle. Thank you
