After 3 weeks into my marriage, I totally misplaced my wedding ring (Angler).
I tore up the house, truck, and garage...fully expecting to purchase the same ring (as this was my fault), and then I happened to check their warranty/replacement policy. I thought the policy was going to be just fluff. I was wrong. I was able to simply fill out a warranty form and about 1 week later, my brand new ring arrived as promised. Every once in a while, we find a real company that cares about their customers on an individual level. This is one of those good guy companies. Thank you guys!!!

The ring replacement was a smooth process and we received a new ring fairly quick. We love the replacement and are grateful for the efficient process that is customer centric.

Had to order a replacement under warranty as the original was damaged at work. Thorum had a new one to my house by the end of the week! Extremely pleased with their customer service!
