Quick and easy
I've grown several different varieties of kohlrabi in Seattle, but Beas was by far the quickest to harvest, and tastiest for eating. They are usually the first spring produce from my garden along with lettuce. Sliced raw in salads or sandwiches, they are the best!

Our Favorite
We started growing Beas a couple years ago and it's so sweet we eat then raw like apples. Our husky absolutely loved slices of kohlrabi when he was still alive. He probably thought it was an apple.
